By accessing this website or engaging Ridgewood AI Works, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
A signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement may include additional terms and will control if it conflicts with these website terms.
2. Services
Ridgewood AI Works designs, builds, and supports applications, product redesigns, and purpose-built AI agents and related workflows.
The exact scope, channels, integrations, service levels, and fees for a client engagement are defined in a separate written agreement.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, current, and authorized business information, policies, escalation contacts, and system access needed to deliver the agreed services.
Clients remain responsible for final business decisions, regulated advice, and requests that require professional judgment or human approval.
4. Client information and permissions
Clients retain ownership of the business information, materials, and customer data they provide. Clients grant Ridgewood AI Works a limited right to process that information solely to deliver, secure, support, and improve the contracted services.
Clients are responsible for having the rights, notices, and permissions required to provide information and authorize customer communications through the selected channels.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to break the law, infringe rights, deceive customers, distribute harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, or create communications you are not authorized to send.
We may suspend work that creates security, legal, safety, or reputational risk until the issue is resolved.
6. Third-party services
Services may depend on third-party providers for communications, hosting, analytics, scheduling, automation, or model infrastructure. Use of those providers may be governed by their terms and privacy practices.
Ridgewood AI Works is not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by third-party services outside our control.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis unless a written client agreement states otherwise. We do not guarantee that automated responses will be uninterrupted, error-free, or appropriate for every situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridgewood AI Works and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Unless a written client agreement states otherwise, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the amount paid for those services in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may end services according to the applicable written agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued access creates risk for Ridgewood AI Works, clients, customers, or third parties.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users or make the updated terms available.
Continued use of the website or services after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
