Ridgewood AI Works may integrate with third-party services selected for a client engagement. Information processed by those services is subject to their privacy and security practices.
We seek to limit third-party access to what is needed for the relevant service.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain legitimate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.
Retention requirements for client and customer information may be defined in the applicable service agreement. Backup, audit, or security copies may persist for a limited period.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Clients should not provide highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential information unless it is necessary for the agreed service and appropriate safeguards have been established.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict use of certain personal information.
9. Children
Ridgewood AI Works is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
